The Waldens' life was changed when sweet Finley was born in November 2025. Their first baby, Finley has brought great joy to the family. It was my privilege to get to take photos of Finley and his parents.
Sabina had reached out to me earlier in her pregnancy asking for baby pictures. I happily accepted, looking forward to the prospect of taking photos of Finley.
We did an in-home photoshoot which was truly wonderful. Sabina, Jacob and Finley were all relaxed and very comfortable during the whole photoshoot. The lighting was soft and even since we did the photos in the morning. Finley didn't sleep much through the photoshoot, but that allowed me to capture his funny facial reactions!
We did eventually get him to fall asleep for a little bit and I snapped photos quickly to get those desired images. We took lots of photos in Finley's precious nursery as well as other locations in the house.
I enjoyed working with the Waldens particularly because I've known them for a while and I rejoiced with them in the safe birth of Finley. I look forward to continuing to watch Finley's growth into a big boy! He's already beginning to smile and laugh a lot! He is filled with personality and I can't wait to see that play out as he grows up.
